Play starts with 2 defenders sprinting into the grid and attempting to win possession of the ball. The team building up possession must attempt to complete 5 passes on one side of the grid before transferring the ball. 

Once the ball transfers, 2 new defenders will sprint into the grid in place of the first 2 defenders. If the 2 defenders win possession, they must attempt to score in any of the main goals.
