This warm up takes place in 20 by 20-yard area and is used to activate player's dribbling and passing for the upcoming session. We setup by splitting players into groups of three, with each starting on an outside cone. We use 4 cones to create the central square. To begin, 4 players will dribble forward and leave their ball at the cone on their right. They will thenrun anticlockwise around| the square to collect the next ball which they will pass back to the next player in line. This sequence continues until players are comfortable enough to introduce the progression.
