This speed, agility and quickness practice takes place in a 30 by 30-yard area and focuses on | players short passing and agility. Players will pass around the outside area with one or two touches while performing various SAQ exercises (ladders, rings and hurdles) in between each station.
Players will then play a quick one-two and pass into the mini-goal. The sequence ends with the player who passed the ball sprinting to the centre mannequin and back out to the start of the queue.
