This counter attacking drill sees an initial 4v2 take place with 2 recovering defenders aiming to rebalance the defence and with a 4v4.
The 2 recovering defenders must first sprint around 2 poles located 3 yards apart before sprinting back (recovery). If the defending team win possession, they should aim to play out into either of the mini goals.
