Watford 1v1's & Finishing

This practice takes place in a 20 by 35-yard area and focuses on developing technical finishing and beating defenders in 1 v 1's. 

We have two linked areas in this practice. In the first area, players will go up against defenders in 1v 1's, with the objective to finish in either mini goal. If they finish, they can move to the 2nd area in this practice where they will receive a set from the coach and finish past the goalkeeper on one or two touches. If the defender wins possession in the 1 v 1, they switch out with the attacker. Coaches can call for the defender to switch out if they have been in the role for too long.
