This warmup practice takes place in a 30 by 35-yard area and focuses on activating passing and dribbling for the upcoming session. We setup by creating 4 stations made up of bowls, with 4 players starting on the bowl at each station. To begin, players will work in pairs passing on one touch between the bowls. They will then pass the ball to the pair on the opposite side and sprint to the end cone. The next pair will repeat this sequence. Work both sides at the same time. Allow players a short recovery after each pair has gone through the circuit twice.
