Week 28 Agility, Dribbling & Rondo

This pre season practice takes place in a 35 by 45-yard area and focuses on agility, dribbling and possession. We split the practice into three stations, developing different aspects of players abilities.
After a set period, coaches can call for a 5 minute rest period allowing player to rest before restarting the session.
