This pre-season practice is designed to boost agility, dribbling, and speed. Two players work simultaneously, one from each station. Players will dribble with the ball and work through the agility exercises before tagging in a teammate.
We have added two progressions to test different technical aspects and increase the workload on players in this circuit. This drill ensures high-intensity training, developing quick transitions and sharp skills.
