This 1v1 practice is a fast paced dribbling and mastery exercise. Every time a player is successful in the 1v1 and plays a pass into their team mate, they are rewarded with a point.
As time goes on, the central defender will become more and more tired so there's a real emphasis on winning possession in the first few 1v1's.
