Play starts with a pass into a deeper team mate and then a 2v1 is played out. The practice is timed and each phase is given 7 seconds to promote fast and fluid attacking play.

Once a team has finishing their attack, the initial receiver will transition to defend the opposition teams 2v1. As a progression, you can allow the next 2v1 phase to begin immediately, forcing players to transition at greater speeds with more focus.
