This 4 phase finishing practice allows a forward develop their ability to finish on both feet. 2 finishes come from through balls, where the forward must receive and finish on the half turn, with the other 2 finishes coming from the cut back zones.
The forward is limited to 2 touches to encourage good movement, positive first touch and finishing at match speed.
