This FUN warm-up practice allows players to compete head 2 head in an unopposed manner. The attacking players must sprint around the grid to the ball, whilst the defender sprints around the grind to the mini goals.
The attacker must attempt to pass into either of the 2 mini goals with 1 touch, whilst the defender attempts to protect the 2 mini goals and block any forward pass.
