This 1v1 drill starts with a 4 player attacking combination. Whilst this combination is ongoing, a single defender should make a recovery run into the box from the wide area.
As the 4 player combination concludes, the final player will attack the goal in a 1v1 scenario. The defender recover at pace as the practice will be run as a 1v0 if they don't recover in time.
