In the 1v2 phase, play starts with a dribble up field and a pass into the attacker. The attacker must attempt to attack at speed in a 1v1 scenario before the recovering defending gets back into position and makes it a 1v2.
In the 2v2 phase, play starts the same but the attacker will have a momentary 2v1, and again they must attack at speed and try to take advantage of the attacking overload.
