In this practice, players develop the ability to dribble at speed with the ball whilst under pressure from behind. The 2 attacking players must dribble and combine before scoring into the mini goal, once the ball has crossed the dotted line.
The 2 defending players must make recovery runs and attempt to stop the attacking two from scoring by putting them under pressure, forcing a mistake or regaining possession.
