This FUN warm-up practice sees teams split into attackers and defenders. On the whistle, the defending players must sprint to a position beneath the ball to protect the goal, whilst the attacking players must sprint to the ball and attempt to score. Each rep is limited to 10 seconds, mean the attacking players must have a sense of urgency and speed.
