In this build up practice, 2 players will cross over and defend in a 5v2 phase. The team in possession must attempt to make ‘X’ number of passes before scoring into the mini goals for a point. One team is building up into the wide areas and the other team are building up into central areas, with both teams switching throughout.
After every goal is scored or possession is won, players will transition to the opposite side of the grid and begin the next phase of 5v2.
