This passing pattern sees two balls move in a "Figure 8" pattern. Players are encouraged to receive on the back foot with an open body shape to move the ball quickly.


The ball moves in a simple sequence, with each player moving the ball with 2 touches.


All players should follow their pass to rotate to the next position.
