Do you offer returns on digital products?
No, unfortunately we don't offer refunds on digital products as there is no way for a customer to return the product. This includes drill library subscriptions.

DELIVERY FAQ'S
What is the shipping time for UK customers?
1-3 business days or 3-5 business days depending on the service you select at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays due to royal mail strikes.

What is the shipping time for INTERNATIONAL customers?
1-3 weeks or 3-6 weeks depending on the service you select at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays due to local courier striking or customs striking.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your item isn't delivered within 30 business days (excluding Royal Mail strike days), we can file a no delivery form to royal mail and issue a refund. Anything after 30 business days will not be refunded.

Do you export goods outside of the UK?
Yes, we ship worldwide, however we are not liable for any import taxes, duty or declarations within the recipients country.

DRILL LIBRARY FAQ'S
What is the drill library?
Our drill library has 500+ animated training drills, split into 11+ categories in order to make session planning simple and efficient. All sessions are designed by UEFA A & B license coaches.​

How do I access the drill library?
To access the drill library, go to our 'pricing plans' page and purchase a subscription. Once you've purchased a subscription, go to our drill library page and enjoy your access.

How many drills are available in the drill library?
We currently have over 500 categorised drills in the library and we add at LEAST 10 new drills per month, meaning you'll get access to 120+ new drills during your 12 month subscription.

I've purchased a subscription, will it automatically renew?
Yes, your subscription automatically renews at the end of your current period. Please note we are not liable for cancelling subscriptions on the customers behalf and all renewals are final. If you want to cancel your renewal, please do so before the end of your current subscription period.
