It's time to work on your players overall fitness and defensive work in this high press rondo practice! Working in teams of two, players will move through the SAQ station into a 4 v 2 Rondo where they must work together at a high intensity to win possession or force a mistake from the possession team. The players will then split and sprint out to the smaller 3 v 1 Rondo's on either side and press to win possession. Defenders must work as a unit to win possession and react quickly to sprint out after possession is won!
