This semi-opposed practice starts with a 3v1 rondo positioned in the wide areas. The team of 3 must attempt to make 5 consecutive passes before playing a forward pass into the winger, who will cross unopposed to a centre forward.


If the defender in the rondo grid wins possession, they can score into either of the 2 mini goals which are positioned to encourage quick vertical passes.
