One team begins as the attackers, aiming to break down the defense and score into the main goal. The defending team, meanwhile, is tasked with winning possession and countering quickly by scoring into one of the two mini goals placed at the opposite end.
Play is continuous and competitive. If the attacking team scores, they remain attackers. If the defending team wins possession and scores in either of the mini goals, they rotate roles and become the new attacking side.
