Shipping Methods UK

We offer Tracked24 & Tracked48 shipping  for ALL orders.

Tracked24 shipping typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery within the UK.

Tracked48 shipping typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery within the UK.

Shipping Methods International

Delivery times vary depending on your location. For most countries, we offer both Standard and Express shipping options, allowing you to choose the speed that suits you best.

Customs & Import Taxes

The Coaches Zone are IOSS registered, meaning customers within IOSS-participating regions (including the EU) will not pay any import taxes or duties upon delivery.

All other international orders are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means any customs fees, import taxes, or declarations are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note:

• Shipments to the United States are also sent DDU. From August 2025, there has been no free trade between the UK and the US due to Trump tariffs, which will result in additional import charges.

• If customs taxes go unpaid and your order is returned to us, you will be liable for the reshipment cost at our standard shipping rate.

Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or non-business days/holidays may experience a delay in processing time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the weight and dimensions of the items in your order.

Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount. Please see our website header or contact us for more details.

Any unpaid customs taxes will result in your order being returned to us, which will make you liable for paying for your order resent at our standard shipping cost.

For most orders we use the most reputable shipping carrier in the UK [Royal Mail]  to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. However, the shipping carrier used may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track your order on the shipping carrier's website. 

You will not receive an order tracking number if you purchase international standard shipping.
