In this build up drill, teams play 4v4 centrally with 4 bounce players located in 4 squares around the grid. The aim for the team in possession is to progress the ball from corner to corner to replicate build up principles.  


With the use of the 4 bounce players, the team in possession are always overloaded 8v4.
