This mastery drill is used to help players develop in scanning before receiving and evading pressure.  

As the player is about to receive the ball from the coach, they must check their shoulder and the player behind them will hold up either a red or blue cone.  

Whichever cone was held up, the player must recieve through that respective gate before playing a pass into the mini goals.
