This conditioning rondo is a great drill to build fitness with the inclusion of a ball. Play starts with 2 defenders sprinting into the 4 players grid and attempting to win the ball in a 2v4 rondo. 


As soon as they touch the ball, both players will split into the grids located to the left and right of the main grid where they'll again attempt to win possession, this time in a 1v3.
