In this mastery drill, 2 teams of 3 will be in possession and the final team of 3 will be classified as the catchers.


On the coaches whistle, all the attackers must dribble from one corner to any of the other 3 corners whilst the catchers attempt to win possesion of a ball.


If the catchers will possession, they will change with that coloured team.
