In this mastery drill, equal players will start on the outside and inside of the grid. The players on the outside will start with the ball and the players on the inside will start without.
The central players must travel through the central zone before moving to another player on the outside. This drill can be used with many variations including heading, volleys, half volleys, 1 touch passing and many more.
