In this possession transfer drill, 2 teams of 6 players must attempt to transfer the ball from zone to zone while under pressure from 3 defenders.  

Both teams have 3 players locked onto 3 lines with the other 3 players free to roam anywhere. Players in possession can switch play after a minimum of 5 passes.  

If the defenders win possession and manage to switch play, they become the possession team and must maintain possession in the same format.
