Dortmund Ball Mastery

Every player involved in this mastery drill will start with a ball. The players must dribble around their respective grid unopposed using various skills and turns.  

If the coach blows the whistle once, players must change balls as qiuickly as possible within their own grid.  

If the coach blows the whistle twice, players must change balls as quickly as possible with a player on the opposite side of the grid.
