Play starts with a 3v1 attack in the first zone where the attacking 3 should attempt to cross into the second zone. If they successfully make it into the second zone, they now must play a 3v2 attack and attempt to score into either of the 2 mini goals.

If the defending team win possession, they must attempt to score by passing the ball across the grid and scoring into any of the 2 mini goals. If they successfully score, they will change places with the attacking team.
