Play starts with a player attacking the mini goal unopposed before passing the ball into it.  


Immediately after passing into the mini goal, this player must transition to defend a 1v1 on the opposite side of the zone and attempt to stop the attacker from scoring. 


The transitions are continuous with a constant flow of 1v1's.
