This fitness drill incorporates an attacking phase of play with recovery runs. 


Play starts with a pass into the attacker and 2 defenders must react and make recovery runs to stop a 1v1. The attacker can only score once they arrive at the box to ensure the practice allows for the recovery runs to be successful.
