Leicester 1v1 Att & Def

2 players will play 'x' number of passes to each other to begin the practice. After 'x' number of passes, the attacker will turn through one of the gates and attempt to go through on goal.  

As soon as the attacker travels through one gate, the defender must immediately react and sprint through the opposite gate before attempt to recover and stop the attacker scoring.
