Play starts with a 4v1 rondo centrally in a very tight space (3y x 3y advised). Once the defender wins possession and knocks the ball out of the rondo, it becomes a 7v4 possession practice with the 5 players + 2 goalkeepers attempting to retain possession.

The 4 defenders who started in the rondo should attempt to win possession and once they do so, counter attack into either of the goals.
