In this drill, teams must attempt to switch play quickly in order to score into any of the 2 mini goals or dribble through any of the 2 gates.

1 player from each team must ALWAYS be within one side of the grid meaning you can have a maximum of 4v4 on one side with a 1v1 on the opposite side.
