Leipzig Overloaded SSG

This small sided game allows central defenders to develop their ability to play forward passes into attacking players whilst under pressure.

Play starts 3v2 in the defensive zone with the 2 defenders attempting to find an attacking player whilst under pressure.

If the defenders can find a forward pass, a 4v2 attack will play out in the attacking side of the grid.

If the 2 pressers win possession from the defenders, they must attempt to counter quickly and score. The GK can NOT play a direct pass into the attackers, it must be played by 1 of the 2 defenders.
