This possession based practice sees 4 outside players combine with 2 inside players to create a 6v4 possession scenario.

The team of 6 must attempt to keep possession and complete 'X' number of passes for a point. The 4 players out of possession must attempt to regain possession and score into any of the 4 mini goals.

If the out of possession team manage to regain possession and score, they will swap with the 4 outside players.
