This is a fun warm up practice where teams compete H2H to score the most points. Play starts with an unopposed passing sequence before the top player must chip the ball over the mini goal into the 'goalscorer', who must score with 1 touch using any legal part of their body.
Players quickly rotate around the practice and try to score as many points as possible within 'x' amount of time. For a progression, reward different types of goals with more or less points, for example: goals scored with a players weak foot = 2 points, goals scored with a header = 3 points.
