In this penetration SSG, teams must attempt to penetrate the central line in order to create 2v2 attacks.  


The central player is ALWAYS part of whichever team is out of possession and is aiming to stop ball progression by screening the central line and making interceptions.  


If the central player intercepts the ball, they can join the attacking team in a 3v2 counter attack.
