Nashville Rondo Into Front Three
ADDED TO FAVOURITES

Practice Breakdown:
Number of Players: 16 | Pitch size: 1/2 Pitch
This rondo to attacking front-three practice begins with a 4v2 possession phase, where the team of four must circulate the ball quickly and maintain control under pressure. After completing a set number of passes, the possession team looks to create the correct passing angle into a winger positioned outside the grid. The focus in this phase is on patience, ball speed and recognising the right moment to break lines.
Once the winger receives, they drive forward into space and deliver a cross into the penalty area for the centre forward and opposite-side winger attacking the box. Two separate 4v2 rondo grids are used, allowing the practice to alternate sides after each repetition so both wide players receive repeated opportunities to work on receiving, crossing and final-third decision-making.
