Play starts with both an attacker and defenders sprinting around a pole and entering the field of play. Once they enter the field of play, the coach will serve a ball into the attacker who will play out a 1v1 against the defender.

If the attacking player scores, the defender must sprint back to the closest pole. If the defender wins possession & stops the attacker scoring, the attacker must sprint back to the closest pole.
