In this practice we have 3 teams of 4 players plus 2 bounce players located either side of the 2 grids. When in possession, teams will be 5v2 and must attempt to complete 5 passes before switching play.  


If they successfully switch play, 2 new defenders located on the poles must sprint into the new zone and attempt to win possession of the ball.
